01Intellectual Property

All content on www.SpaceRigs.ai, including text, images, videos, HTML code, software interfaces, AI systems, design elements, branding, and product documentation, is the property of DST and is protected by intellectual property laws. No portion of the Space Rig systems—whether hardware, software, AI systems, design, operation, workflows, interfaces, or functionality—may be copied, reverse-engineered, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent from DST. All trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners.

03Disclaimer of Warranties

The Space Rig systems and any accompanying software, AI tools, compute systems, documentation, or related services are provided "as is." DST disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

DST does not guarantee:

• Specific productivity improvements
• AI-generated accuracy or reliability
• Compatibility with all third-party hardware or software
• Continuous uptime or uninterrupted operation
• Financial returns or operational savings

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business, financial, legal, medical, or operational decisions.

04Risks of Use

By using Space Rig systems, you acknowledge that high-performance computing systems carry certain risks, including heat generation, power consumption, software instability, hardware wear, and operational interruptions.

DST is not liable for damage to hardware, software, data, business operations, AI-generated outputs, or productivity resulting from improper use, incorrect configuration, unsupported software, inadequate ventilation, cybersecurity issues, or failure to maintain appropriate operating conditions.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups, cybersecurity protections, proper ventilation, and safe operating environments.

05Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Warranty

Digital Sign Technologies Inc. (DST) provides a Dead-on-Arrival warranty only. A Space Rig system is considered Dead on Arrival if, when first unpacked and set up, it does not power on, does not boot, or has a hardware component that is defective or physically damaged on delivery. DOA must be reported to DST within 3 business days of the delivery date, with photos of the packaging and the unit. Claims received after that period are not accepted.

Beyond Dead on Arrival, DST provides no warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular, DST does not warrant:

• Hardware after the DOA reporting period. Any later coverage is solely under the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty, where one applies and to the extent the manufacturer honours it. DST will supply the information needed for such a claim but is not a party to it.
• Software, operating systems, AI models, AI-generated outputs, data, or results of any kind, which are provided “as is” (see section 03).
• Third-party subscriptions or services, including any AI provider account, which are governed by the provider’s own terms.
• Uptime, performance, compatibility, or suitability for any particular purpose.
• Data. Backups are the customer’s sole responsibility.

DOA does not include damage from improper installation, power surges, liquid, accident, misuse, opening the unit, modification, or installation of third-party software or hardware, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

Remedy: for a confirmed DOA unit, DST will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the system. Replacements may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent units. Repair or replacement is the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and DST’s total liability under this warranty will not exceed the price paid for the system.

How to claim: contact DST within 3 business days of delivery and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The customer ships the unit to DST prepaid and insured, in the original packaging. DST pays return shipping of the repaired or replacement unit within North America.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is void if the product has been opened, tampered with, or altered without written authorization from DST.

06Return Policy

Space Rig products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, provided the system has not been used and is returned in its original packaging along with all supplied items.

Products showing signs of use, physical damage, missing components, modification, or software tampering may be subject to inspection, deductions, or restocking fees at DST’s sole discretion.

Before returning any item, customers must contact DST to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the return packaging. Returns received without an RMA may be refused.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. DST recommends using insured and trackable shipping services for all returns.

DST reserves the right to inspect returned products and determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion.

07Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Sign Technologies Inc. (DST), including its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages of any kind—whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special—arising out of, related to, or in connection with the use, misuse, or inability to use any DST product, including but not limited to the Space Rig systems.

This includes, without limitation, damages for personal injury, death, property damage, data loss, business interruption, AI-generated inaccuracies, system malfunction, loss of profits, or any other commercial or economic loss, regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted, and even if DST was advised of the possibility of such damages.

You acknowledge and agree that all DST products and services are used entirely at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from their use. DST makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, compatibility, performance, profitability, or safety of its products for any particular application or environment.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and shall survive any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Sign Technologies Inc. (DST) shall not be liable for any damages or claims arising from or related to the use, performance, or inability to use the Space Rig systems, this website, or any related services. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, even if DST has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, DST’s total cumulative liability for any and all claims, losses, or damages—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or otherwise—shall not exceed the lesser of the amount paid for the Space Rig product or $100 USD.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Space Rig systems, this website, or any DST product or service is to stop using the product and discontinue access to the website or services.

09Your Content

If you post, upload, or otherwise share content through our website, AI systems, or communication platforms ("Your Content"), you grant DST a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, process, and distribute Your Content as needed to provide our services. You agree that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.

10Privacy Policy

Your use of the website and DST services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the website or Space Rig systems, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

11Language of Communication and Support

All support services, documentation, and communications provided by Digital Sign Technologies Inc. (DST) are offered exclusively in English. This includes, but is not limited to, technical support, customer service, onboarding, training, and assistance provided through any channel (email, phone, chat, video, or written instructions).

All documentation—including user manuals, installation guides, video tutorials, internal system messages, policies, product specifications, invoices, quotes, receipts, order confirmations, return forms, warranty documentation, and system-generated notifications—are provided solely in English.

By using our Sites, products, or Services, you acknowledge and agree that all communications and materials will be provided only in English, and DST is not obligated to offer support or documentation in any other language.

12Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the provincial courts located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

13Changes to the Terms

DST reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website, products, or services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
